Without stored specialisations, assignment stays manual. If fineline, realism, blackwork or lettering live in the artist profile, requests reach the right artist faster.
Can consent be captured digitally?
Paper forms have to be filed, searched for and stored. Digitally, the tattoo consent form including health questionnaire and signature is linked directly to the appointment.
Are deposits traceable per appointment?
Outstanding amounts should be visible in the studio, without a separate list or notes app.
Does the software cover aftercare?

Digital consent and aftercare belong together
Consent and health questionnaire are completed and signed digitally before the appointment, or captured on a device in the studio. Relevant details are shown as a notice to authorised staff.
After the session, clients receive your studio's aftercare instructions. Scheduled healing checks ask how it's going, clients can reply and upload a photo. The studio steps in where needed. NoxAdmin structures this communication and does not provide medical diagnosis.
