No. NoxAdmin prepares artist suggestions, estimates and free appointment options. Your studio reviews and approves — only then does the client receive a proposal, and only after they accept does the appointment exist.

Matching is rule-based: NoxAdmin compares the request with your artists' stored specialisations, the project requirements and availability, and suggests suitable artists. The studio makes the decision.

Yes. Specialisations such as fineline, realism, black & grey, blackwork, traditional, dotwork, geometric or lettering can be stored per artist in their profile and feed into matching.

Yes. Duration and price range are estimates based on the parameters you store and can be adjusted before sending. They are not binding prices.

Yes. References and a photo of the body placement can be uploaded with the request and are then stored with the client and the appointment.

No. Request, consent, aftercare and healing checks all run through secure links, without sign-up and without an app.

Yes. Every studio gets its own request page as a link and as a QR code — for Instagram, your website, WhatsApp or right in the studio.

Yes. Clients receive a secure link to the consent form and health questionnaire and sign digitally. Alternatively, the consent form can be completed in the studio.

NoxAdmin records deposits, payment status, outstanding amounts and history per appointment. The payment itself still runs through your usual channels — NoxAdmin does not process payments.

After the session, clients receive your studio's aftercare instructions. Healing checks are scheduled, clients can respond and upload healing photos, and the history is documented. NoxAdmin structures the communication and does not provide medical diagnosis.

Yes. Artists have their own profiles with specialisations, pricing parameters and calendar assignment. Owners and managers see the whole studio, artists see their own clients, appointments and assigned requests.

Basic (€29/month, up to 2 team members) includes clients, appointments, calendar, files, deposits and digital consent. Pro (€59/month, up to 5 team members) adds request management, the request page and QR code, artist matching, estimates, appointment proposals, aftercare, healing checks and the Action Center. Studio (€99/month) includes everything in Pro with a higher team limit.
