Notice on the right of withdrawal

NoxAdmin is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB and not at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers therefore does not apply to B2B contracts concluded via NoxAdmin.

Note on the trial period

The 14-day free trial is a voluntarily offered test option and not a statutory right of withdrawal.
